Independent information, transparently funded.
Some BodyFinds pages earn a commission when you purchase through certain links. This page explains exactly when, how, and why that never touches our editorial conclusions.
What affiliate links are
An affiliate link is an ordinary link to a retailer that contains a tracking identifier. If you click one and complete a purchase, the retailer pays BodyFinds a small commission. The price you pay is the same — the commission comes out of the retailer’s margin, not your total.
When it applies on this site
Affiliate links appear only in specific, clearly contextual places:
- Product chapters — the “Our Top Choice” and comparison chapters on supplement, condition, and organ pages, where we already evaluate products for education.
- Buy buttons — alongside product specifications and safety notes, after the evidence has been presented.
- Where a link is not yet available, buttons display “Link Coming Soon” rather than a dead or misleading destination.
How products are evaluated
Every product discussed on BodyFinds is scored on the same published framework, visible on the comparison pages themselves:
- Science — the strength of evidence behind the underlying ingredient or intervention.
- Transparency — label clarity, disclosed doses, absence of hidden proprietary blends.
- Manufacturing — cGMP compliance and production standards.
- Testing — third-party verification (USP, NSF, ConsumerLab, IFOS) where present.
- Value — cost per serving and per unit of active ingredient.
Editorial independence
Affiliate relationships do not determine our health information. The evidence chapters, safety warnings, interaction notes, and “red flags” sections are written independently of any product recommendation — and frequently argue against entire categories of products.
Pages on this site openly tell you when a supplement has weak evidence, when a form is poorly absorbed, when a dose borrows science it doesn’t contain, and when the honest answer is “food first, and none of these bottles.” That is the opposite of a commission-driven publication.
Products are educational examples
Product names shown on BodyFinds are educational examples of formulations available on the market — not endorsements, prescriptions, or recommendations to purchase. Whether any supplement is appropriate for you is a conversation between you and your healthcare provider. See our Medical Disclaimer.
Your choice, always
Using affiliate links is entirely optional. Every page works fully without clicking a single one. If you prefer to buy elsewhere, search any product name independently — the evaluation content on the page is what we actually want you to use.
